  • Experiments

  - Evaluation on digestive characteristics of sugars and green tea extract and flavonol extract by in vitro digestion
- Evaluation of the inhibitory effect of green tea extract and flavonol extract on the inhibition of sugars absolution rate by caco-2 cell.
